In 2006 and new operator took this theater over. They showed classic films like Jaws Braveheart and others along with some regular current movies. That was a year it rained constantly that summer. Even one of the roads to get to the theater outside of town was washed down. They had the best concession stand. Big giant candy bars delicious cheeseburgers shrimp cocktail. I think it’s actually was one of the best concession stands I’ve ever seen with such a good choices. It’s a real shame that it only lasted one season. I went here several times but it was open with the enthusiastic operator
