Located in the Maritime area of Carrickfergus. the 6-screen Omniplex opened on 22nd April 2000 with a total of 1,200-seats in its 6-screens. It is operated by the Ward Anderson, which is known as Omniplex Cinemas in Northern Ireland.
It was renovated in May 30, 2019 and recliner seating was installed, with a total reduced seating capacity of 518-seats.

My photographs were taken in September 2000.
The 6-screen cinema’s screens had completed a major redevelopment on May 30, 2019 and the recline seating capacities are: Screen1:178, Screen 2:95, Screen 3:100, Screen 4:64, Screen 5:41, Screen 6:40.
