Four-Star Dixie Theater

Opened on March 21, 1940 with Bing Crosby in “If I Had My Way”. This short-lived theater operated for eleven years, closing in 1951. After laying unused for a while, it was renovated in October 1956 and turned into a branch of Columbia Federal Savings and Loan.
