This drive-in was located between Cave City and Horse Cave, KY. I guess the location was more Horse Cave. It was close to the Footlong HotDog Stand. It has been so many years I really can’t remember too much about the design.
It was opened on September 22, 1950 with Howard Duff in “Red Canyon”. I used to go there in the 1950’s. It had a capacity for 400 cars. Closed sometime in the 1970’s, by 1993 it had been demolished and a factory was built on the site.
There may be pictures of it in a History Book that was done of Horse Cave.

Now Dart Container Corp @ S. Dixie St. & Bluegrass Ave.
The Twin City Drive-In Theatre was launched on a 30-year lease by local businessman Kenneth Bale and run by Phil Thompson in 1950. In 1981, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Walbon auctioned off the business. It continued to the year 1988 when Dart Container bought the land and the Twin City D-I was demolished.
The address is right, but the marker is off by a few miles.
