Originally opened as the Alco Theatre, possibly late-1950’s or in the 1960’s, it was later renamed Douglas Theatre.

Converted into a twin screen theatre it was renamed Box Twin Cinema. It had closed by summer of 2016.

Sorta looked like Ray Hutto’s SOUTHSIDE CINEMA.Real mom and pop operation.
