The Rustic Theatre opened around 1942 and initially had a seating capacity for 428. It operated into at least the early-1950’s.

Motion Picture Exhibitor, April 27, 1966: “Formerly known as the Rustic, the renamed Village hardtop in the resort center of Estes Park, Colo., is being rebuilt by Stanley Pratt, present owner.”
The street address, based on the photo, is 153 Virginia Dr, Estes Park, CO 80517. The interior was gutted when it ceased operating as a theatre.
