A small cinema located in the town centre of Pengam, near Blackwood. Operating by 1937, in 1954 it was operated by the Pengam and Fleur-de-Lis Workmen’s Library Institute.
The procenium was 19 feet wide and there were two dressing rooms. The cinema also contained a cafe, dance hall and billiards hall.
