The concession stand/projector booth appears to be standing, although if it is the same building it has been considerably modified. It features a large garage door and windows with no small “projection” windows on the front.

Could be the same building.
Could be a newer building using the same foundation.
I can’t say.

Boxoffice, Oct. 15, 1973: “Athel Boyter, Boyter Booking Agency, took over operation of the Waldron Theatre and Hillcrest Drive-In at Lindsay Monday (1). Boyter’s partner and manager is Dan Wolfenbarger”

Boxoffice, June 17, 1974: “Dan Wolfenbarger … recently purchased (the Waldron Theatre and Hillcrest Drive-In at Lindsay) from Athel Boyter of Oklahoma City”

“LINDSAY, OKLA. – F. B. Garrett, Chevrolet dealer in Lindsay and in recent years at Enid, has purchased the Waldron Theater and the Hillcrest Drive-In here from the Waldron estate. Approx. location for this drive-in is SW of Oklahoma 76 & Dutton Rd.
