The Gala City Cinema was situated in Kowloon City on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong.
The 600-seat cinema with two auditoriums was on the ground floor of a residential building.
It opened to business on 6th January 1990, and showed first run Chinese dialect films until its closure in 1996.
The cinema has been converted into a church.
