Located in the west London inner city district of Harlesden. The People’s Picture Parlour was opened by 1910. It was enlarged in 1914/1915 and was renamed People’s Picture Palace. It was closed in 1917, possibly due to conditions during World War I. It had re-opened by 1920, but was closed soon after.

By 2024 the building is in use as the Horn of Africa community centre and restaurant.
