Located on Lower Marsh, just to the south of Waterloo Railway Station. The building was previously in retail use. It was operating as the Cosy Cinema from at least 1912 to 1914.
In 2008, the building is back in retail use, occupied by Ian Allen, who specialise in selling transport books and similar interests.
