perhaps citing the 1985 Canadian Film Digest in the original claim would have helped with any questions.
Actually, Premiere Operating Corporation and Premiere Theatres Canada are the same exact chain. This is definitely once operated by Premiere Theatres Canada. The 1985 Canadian Film Digest shows that it was operated by Premiere Theatres Canada at the time.
According to this history of Cobourg theatres, this was owned by Premier Operating Corportation, not Premiere theatres

Should the above have documentation on the above claim, please provide.
Once operated by Premiere Theatres Canada, and later Cineplex Odeon.

The Park Theatre has a web site at: parkplayhouse.com. There are photos of the lobby area and the auditorium. There is a brief history and listings of the latest performances.
