Located in the country town of Geelong, to the south-west of Melbourne. The Regent Theatre was opened on 11th December 1922, and was designed by architect Henry E. White with a seating capacity of 1,361.
The Regent Theatre was closed in 1964. The building has been converted into part of the Market Square Shopping Centre and is occupied by Dimmy’s.
