It appears that Cineplex finally threw in the towel on this theatre and spun it off - it is now called the Amherst Theatre, and their new website (https://amhersttheatre.com/) states “In 2022 the chain (sic) was sold to the local landlord Casey Realty ltd. and rented to The Amherst Theatre ltd.” The website is pretty barebones, but according to CinemaClock they appear to be currently showing “Avatar”, “Puss and Boots” and “I Wanna Dance with Somebody”…

Very surprised this theatre is still going. This is likely (almost certainly) the grungiest theatre Cineplex owns in Eastern Canada. I doubt it would be replaced, and customers would just be directed to Moncton or Truro.
