Sir Run Run has died at age 106. It looks like he had a life that could inspire several movies. New York Times obituary here.

Wasn’t fun seeing moviegoers exiting the movies throwing chops and kicks every where.Made me long for National Hills and G rated Disney Product.

Yeah we showed several of those at the LOEWS CRESCENT never did much business,I guess we could not get any other films at the time,we almost always showed first run flicks.

Not that I have any interest whatever in chop-socky films, but MR, you were correct; Sir Shaw did produce that film.

I don’t know that he did “FIVE FINGERS OF DEATH”,just used it for an example.

Wasn’t this guy a kung-fu producer of all those 70’s classics like “FIVE FINGERS OF DEATH”?
