The Green Point Drive-In was located in Greensboro, Georgia. Almost half way between Atlanta and Augusta. In the late-1950’s, Highway 278 was the major road into Greensboro. This drive-in was opened by 1951 and parked 400 cars. It was owned by Boswell & Reynolds. It was still open in 1967. Today, I-20 goes right by Greensboro.

I believe I have found this one, it was located at the site now occupied by Roper’s Collision Center. Address is 2250 Union Point Hwy, Greensboro, GA 30642. The drive-in was there in 1955 and gone by 1971 with only the concession building and screen remaining, by 1993 it appears they were also demolished. Nothing remains of the drive-in today.
