Located in the panhandle of Nebraska. The Panhandle Drive-In opened on May 1. 1954 with Gig Young in “Arena” & Janet Leigh in “Fearless Fagan”. It closed around 1980.

Anthony,Here you go. The Panhandle Drive-in parked 260 cars and was owned by Panhandle Theatre Corp.
Interesting Name.
A more accurate address for this theater is 4840 Rd 39, Kimball, NE 69145. This points directly to the entrance road. The screen is still up. Most ramps are still visible.
