The Colonial Drive-In opened June 28, 1950, and had a capacity for 400 cars. In 1955 it was operated by F.G. Pratt Jr. of the Vacherie Theatre, Vacherie. It was still open in 1972, but closed by the early ‘80s.

You can still see some of the ramps, the old entrance, and what appears to be the screen foundation.

Opened on June 28, 1950, featuring a 60x60ft screen tower and a 53x38ft screen. The original concessions building measures 100x32ft. It was still open in 1972, but was gone by the early-1980s.
