Named after the massive Lake Okeechobee, the Lake Drive-In served the residents of the sugar cane and ranch communities in western West Palm Beach County. Sometimes listed as being located in Pahokee. It was opened by 1952 when it was operated by Gold & Dubrow who operated the Prince Theatre in Pahokee. The Lake Drive-In was still open in 1957. It has since been demolished and a warehouse occupies the property.
