This theater was located on Lake Street (now US-23) in Tawas City. It was listed as the Rivoli Theatre in the 1941 edition of Film Daily Yearbook, having (Closed). By 1943, the Rivoli Theatre was operating again. By 1950 it had been renamed Bay Theatre and was operated by the Ashmun Theaters chain. After closing in the 1950’s, it was used as a meeting house before it was demolished for a parking lot.
