My capacity number for #9 was sourced from a TikTok by @thelooney2, as there are currently no movies playing in that auditorium. It’s the largest non-PLF auditorium - maybe they’re upgrading it to IMAX?

The AMC Tustin 14 was designed by the architectural firm Perkowitz + Ruth. The theater is featured in a slideshow on the firm’s web site.
