Vint Hill Theatre was built around 1942 on the grounds of the Vint Hill Army Base near Warrenton. Fauquier Community Theatre took over operations of the theatre when the Army vacated the base in the latter part of the twentieth century. The theatre has been refitted with a custom built stage upgraded technical facilities for use as a theater for the performing arts. The Vint Hill Theatre seats approximately 200 people, has an orchestra pit, and adequate backstage facilities for small plays or large musicals.
