Having studying the Pictures of the cinema I believe it was designed by Hickton and Farmer who designed a number of cinemas around the area

Hi There, I think you may have the date of opening incorrect. I have an opening ticket that originally belonged to my Nan & Grandad. The Invitaion ticket to the opening performance says the 27th May 1911 at 3 O'clock
