The Grand Theatre was opened by 1913. In 1926 it was purchased by the Schine Circuit had been renamed Malone Theatre by 1941, a name it kept until at least 1950. It was last known as the Schine Theatre.
It was demolished in June 1971, and a bank was built on the site.

The Grand Theatre was noted in issues of The New York Clipper in August, 1913, as a 760-seat house seeking road attractions.
