Opened in 1997 by Famous Players. Taken over by Cineplex in 2005, and sold to Empire in September 2005 in order to meet competition guidelines after the Cineplex/Famous Players merger. It was taken over by Landmark Cinemas of Canada in October 2013.
The theatre has automatic box office machines, digital projection and is CaptiView enabled, but lacks stadium seating.
Mike Rivest’s guide states a seating capacity of 1,783, with the largest auditorium seating 309 and the smallest seating 175.

This theatre should be renamed as the Landmark 8 London. Landmark Cinemas took over management of the complex as part of its acquisition of Empire’s Ontario and Western Canada operations in October 2013.
A pretty bland and boring theatre as Famous Players, but Landmark has done a good job with the recliner seats!
If luxury recliners have been put in as stated above, then the seating numbers are now less than half what they were (probably only 700-800 seats total) because of the amount of room the recliners take up.
