Located in the small Cornish port town of Newlyn. The original Gaiety Cinema was opened in 1922.
In the early-1930’s, a new Gaiety Cinema was under construction. It had a 24 feet wide proscenium and an 8 foot deep stage. It programmed films and variety acts during the summer seasons.
The Gaiety Cinema operated into the 1960’s. It now operates as a Family Restaurant.
