Located in the city centre at the corner of Calzada de Infanta and San Martin. The Cine Astral has been operating since at least 1958. It is said to be the most comfortable cinema in Havana.

This movie theater, at Infanta # 501, probably opened in 1947. I saw Rita Hayworth’s “Gilda” and “The Lady from Shanghai” there.
