Currently renovating with an updated design throughout the theater to look identical to Regal’s Red Rock and Green Valley Ranch locations. As of writing on September 19th, 2026, roughly a third of the auditoriums are currently closed to retrofit in Regal’s new recliners, most likely razing off the walls in the auditoriums’ old patterned designs in favor of new Regal’s desire for just black.

That leaves Regal’s Sunset Station and Summerlin Luxury locations unharmed by Regal’s rampant renovations, with the Sunset Station still having most of its design intact from the Act III years.
