Located in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn. The Eagle Theatre was a single level movie theatre which opened in 1910 and was operated by David Kerman. On March 2, 1911, thieves broke into the building and removed the projector, also setting fires in four places, but damage was minimal and it reopened the next evening. In 1914 he renamed it Kerman’s Vaudeville House Theatre. It was closed in 1920.
Becoming retail use, the facade has since seen remodeled and in 2013 the building was in use as a pawn & loans shop.
