Located in the city of Bayamon, this theater specialized in second run features or would ocassionally feature first run movies that were also shown at San Juan movie houses.
The Carmen closed down in the early 1970’s and became a retail store.

If you wanted to see karate movies this was the place to attend. They always played a double feature of Bruce Lee Films among others. Sorry to hear it has closed.

Cine Carmen itself was located on Highway 2. Two films that played here were “Hawmps!” and a theatrical run of the pilot to the late-1970s TV series “The Amazing Spider-Man”.
The Cine Carmen location on Highway 2 was close to the intersection with Hiram Gonzalez (a.k.a. Comerio) Street.
