The Trion Theatre was open in the early-1940’s. It was a rather large theatre for a small town, with seating for 900 on two floors. The Trion Theatre was renamed Community Center Theatre by 1950 and lasted until the late-1950’s. It has since been demolished. I believe the Park and Recreation is located where the former theatre stood.

I have uploaded a poster for the then Community Center Theatre from 1953. Wonder when and why the name changed for the last few years of operation.
