The Ethel Theatre was open in the mid-1940’s. This small theatre seating 130 was located on Main Street at Kings Road. This was probably the main gathering place for this town of a little over 400. The Ethel Theatre lasted until the mid-1950’s. The building is still in use as the Town Hall.
