Star Vue Drive-In

The Star Vue Drive-In was possibly opened on April 8, 1948 with Walter Pidgeon in “Holiday in Mexico”. It was operated by Dave Williamson. It had a car capacity listed at 200 cars. The drive-in closed in the early-1980’s and has since been demolished.

Approximate address is 1408 N Sandhills Blvd, Aberdeen, NC. Now a Super 8 hotel.

I’m very sure this opened on April 8, 1948 with “Holiday In Mexico” but it’s officially unconfirmed at this time.
