The Broadhurst Theatre opened on August 31, 1925 with A.B. Hyff as the manager. Seating was listed at 758. By 1941 it was operated by Paramount Wilby-Kincey Theatre Circuit. It was later operated by Stewart and Everett. The theatre’s last manager was Carl Ellison when the theatre closed in 1955. The building now houses the Adams Outlet Store.
