The Palace Theatre was opened on February 18, 1924. Seating between the main floor and the balcony could accommodate 1,000 patrons. In 1923 Mr. J.W. Prevo was the Manager.
The Palace Theatre closed on January 1, 1959. In 1960 it was converted into commercial use and the front of the building was rebuilt in a simple plain appearance. Today the building is still standing but the occupancy is unknown.
