Looks like “Mother’s Day” didn’t play there after all, even though it was promoted at the theater and in the paper - it was replaced with “Any Which Way You Can.” Given the area, there may have been someone to protest its showing, even though this theater played plenty of horror and B films, mixed with hits.

Wow, some interesting stuff here,, Would love to have seen pics from the theater in 1981. Fear No Evil played here too. I miss 1981..
