The Twilight Drive-In was open in 1955. Car capacity was listed at 200 cars. The drive-in closed in the mid-1980’s. It was demolished for a shopping Plaza. (W. Everly Brothers Boulevard is the same as US 62.)

Any additional information on the Twilight Drive-In would be appreciated.

Use 1500 W Everly Brothers Blvd, Central City, KY 42330 for this one. Google now places 1500 without the W a few miles down the road from where this was at. The W puts it in the right place.

If this is the drive-in that was located south of the Walmart on the opposite side of the road, then it was demolished, but nothing replaced it.

Today, it is overgrown with trees and no trace of the drive-in remains save perhaps for a faint outline.

no longer a vacant field. outline very easy to see now!
