Designed by Harvey A. Jordan, the architectural drawings for the Ruston Drive-In can be found in the University of Texas library.
I found a drive-in west of Ruston at 7388 US-80 Grambling, LA. So, it may be the same one. Today, a church stands on the property, but you can still see the ramps. https://goo.gl/maps/sAB5y
I grew up in Ruston and I do not know where you got the impression the Ruston Drive-In was on N Trenton Street. The one and only drive-in theater Ruston ever had was on US 80 West, just before you got to Grambling Junction. I remember when it opened, and we used to go fairly often. They always had a double feature. In the 1950s there was little in the pictured area of N Trenton except for a few scattered houses, certainly no theaters.
The address in the header is correct, and it was located on US 80
This address given is incorrect.
The correct address for this drive in is 7388 US-80, Grambling, LA 71245. It is no longer in Ruston.
