This theatre opened as the Victory Theatre in 1931. It was remodeled and reopened as the Joy Theatre in 1937. The theatre could accomodate 300 patrons. It was operated by the Joy Theatres circuit out of New Orleans. Still open in 1957, it is no longer listed in 1962.
