The Elite Theatre was located at the Bernard Hotel, where Levee’s department store was located. The Elite Theatre’s opening is documented in the April 11, 1909 edition of Vallejo Daily Times. J.F. Carr and Earl Hall were the owners.
Today the George Street Plaza building stands on the site.
