Photograph taken in 1932 showing an elaborate gilded pillared proscenium enclosing maroon velvet tabs and boarder highlighted with gold braiding. Below on the left side of the enclosed orchestra pit is a Wurlitzer organ, the chambers concealed by gilt grilles set either side of the proscenium, the chambers were accessed by the steps leading up to the door on the right.
