Located in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. This Pavilion Cinema replaced an earlier Pavilion Cinema, which was a conversion of the Corn Exchange in 1915 but was damaged by fire in 1929.
The new Pavilion Cinema had a gallery and was more focused on films. Its operators included J.H. Associated Co. and later by 1964, Totton Development Co. The cinema closed in 1968 and was demolished in 1970. A branch of Fosters menswear was erected on the site.
