Originally the Creede Opera House. It was renamed Creede Theatre in March 1940. It was still operating in 1952, but had closed as a movie theatre by 1955. By 2015 it had been renamed Creede Repertory Theatre presenting live theatre.

The full name of this theatre is Creede Repertory Theatre. The original name was the Creede Opera House. This theatre is currently open for live performances. Address is 124 North Main Street.
