The Auditorium Theatre was opened on January 10, 1907. It seated 744. In 1952 under a new owner it was remodeled in an Streamline Moderne style and reopened as the Fayette Theatre in 1953. It was destroyed by fire on December 26, 1961. The site is now a Interior Warehouse Annex.

This theatre was purchased in 1952 by Harrold Rushville from Ansted, Pearson & Schillin. The trade press says that he gave it a streamlined makeover in 1953 renaming it as the Fayette Theatre. The theatre was destroyed by fire on December 26, 1961 and was demolished thereafter.
