Opened prior to 1926 as the Casino Theatre. The name had changed to the Cozy Theatre in 1947. It seated 350 and was open at least into the late-1950’s.

The May 28, 1927 issue of Motion Picture Herald said that “C. H. Sevatius, owner of the Casino in Milaca, Minn., is making extensive improvements on the theatre.”
