Opened as The Auditorium for dancing in 1914. The Park Theatre opened in 1941. The theatre seated 550 and was still listed as operating in the late-1950’s.

Originally opened as “The Auditorium” designed for dancing in 1915. Today it is called Park Place a banquet and wedding reception venue. The entrance has been altered down to a single door with brick. Pay article with history in link below.

The 1884-1885 edition of Harry Miner’s American Dramatic Directory lists a Park Theatre with W. E. Turner as manager, seating capacity 300, size of stage 14 x22. This may indicate moves or renaming of different theatres. I’m currently trying to figure out if an existing theatre in the database was called the Miles Theater 1917.
