The Drive-In was located SE of the town at approximately 925 US 60 Business. There is nothing left of the drive-in. https://goo.gl/maps/UbpvV
Holloway Dr. & US 60 Business, Willow Springs, MO 65793 will work the best.
Ken is correct. The entrance is where Landmark Bank is now located.

Please update.
In a March 27, 1954 article about drive-ins' season opening dates, BoxOffice mentioned that R. D. Fisher of Willow Springs owned the “Willow”.
Motion Picture Herald, March 22, 1952: “N. D. Fischer plans to open his new drive-in at Willow Springs, Mo., about May 1.”
I can’t find any references to this being named the “Willow Springs” Drive-In. Everything I see points to just “Willow”.
Boxoffice, March 15, 1952: “R. D. Fischer, Willow Springs, plans to call his drive-in near that city the Willow. He hopes to open about May 1”
Theatre Catalog, 1955-56: “Willow D. I., Exec: R. D. Fisher, capacity 184”
Most of the drive-in is an open field with parch marks of the ramps still present.
