As recently as 2005-2006 the the TEK’s cinder block concession stand/projection booth building remained intact along with a concrete front patio.

Same drive-in? Boxoffice, July 2, 1955: “The Pinto Drive-In, Mineral Wells, was badly damaged in a recent windstorm. It is owned by T. L. Ritchie of Atlanta, Tex.”
A closer address is 2805 U.S. 180, Mineral Wells, TX. This is the address of a liquor store that sits on what was the entrance to the old drive-in.
The concession stand/projector booth still stands as of August 2021. Although it’s clear it has not been in use for a long time.
