Vox

Located in the northeast of the city centre. The Kursaal du XII was opened in 1914. It was later given an Art Deco style façade, which probably dated from the 1930’s. On 3rd June 1957 it was renamed Vox following a renovation. It was closed as a cinema on 26th September 1971.

The main entrance and foyer have since been demolished, but the auditorium around the corner at 17 Rue de Gravelle still exists, and has been in use as a photograph Studio Jere.
