This beauitful newly 12 screen theater was built by AMC located in the mall however the older AMC Assembly Square 12 had closed down on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. day and they have to to destroy the older Assembly Square 12 for good.
In April 24, 2014 the new AMC Assembly Row 12 opened and the IMAX screen was installed in this newler theater at the same time.

The description is not correct. The old theatre closed in January 2007 and was demolished in August 2014. It has its own separate page here.
